I'm a Racket Sports Certified Trainer. With ten years of experience, I am an ACE certified personal trainer and a nationally certified bodyworker. Both a training studio and a wellness facility are co-owned. Because of my background and personal experience with back, shoulder, and knee problems, I am able to connect to my clients on a more physical and emotional level. I've completed four marathons and a number of half marathons.
