Hello and welcome, my name is Anthony Bonanno. I would like to start off by saying fitness is my passion in life. I was lucky to be introduced to fitness when I was young and , I've been hooked ever since. I furthered my love for fitness by becoming ISSA Certified in personal training, and nutrition. I believe knowledge is power so I routinely read, watch and participate in continuing education to further my expertise. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle and should be incorporated in everyone's day to day routine. I want to help people reach there fitness goals with proven methods of fitness that are safe, fun and proven to work. Hiring a personal trainer can be costly, so I created an online platform that makes it affordable for people to obtain a personal trainer. My online fitness site offers clients customized workout, meal, goal setting and supplementation plans at a fraction of the cost you would pay a certified trainer at a fitness club. I do offer 1:1 training sessions by appointment online, in the Ocala area.
